McDonough Co, IL – 4 Injured in Rollover on Co Hwy 20

McDonough Co, IL (April 20, 2020) – A rollover crash in McDonough County, Illinois left four people injured Saturday afternoon, April 18th. The collision reportedly occurred on County Highway 20 (County Road 1500 North) near County Road 1100 East at around 3:15 p.m. According to reports from Illinois State Police, a 45-year-old woman was driving when her car left the roadway.

The vehicle lost control, causing the vehicle to overturn multiple times. The woman and one of the passengers were ejected from the vehicle. The passengers included a 6-year-old girl, a 15-year-old boy, and a 17-year-old boy. The driver was flown to a hospital for treatment, and three other passengers were transported by ambulance.

Authorities reported that the driver and at least one passenger were unrestrained at the time of the crash. An ongoing investigation into the accident is being handled by ISP.
