Human bodies aren’t designed to withstand car crashes, especially rear-end impacts. Victims often suffer from serious neck or spinal cord injuries. Sometimes, the resulting injuries can be permanent and stay with the victim for the rest of their lives.

500,000 people are injured in rear-end collisions each year. There are more than 2 million rear-end crashes reported annually nationwide. Injured parties should consult with a qualified Illinois car crash attorney to pursue lost compensation.
