Rollovers are the leading cause of fatal passenger-vehicle accidents. In 2010, 7,600 people were killed in rollover collisions. A majority of those killed were unrestrained at the time of the crash.

Each year, an estimated 35 percent of deadly passenger-vehicle collisions involve rollovers. These accidents can be attributed to a negligent driver who operated their vehicle recklessly. In some cases, injured parties can recover lost compensation with the help of a qualified Illinois car crash attorney.
