East Moline, IL (March 9, 2020) – A collision involving a school bus and an SUV was reported in the area East Moline, Illinois. According to local sources, the crash took place on Monday morning at the intersection of 27th Street and Morton Drive. Initial reports revealed that the SUV ran a stop sign prior to the collision.
The SUV ran a stop sign and was then hit by the school bus, according to sources from the scene. The driver of the SUV was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition. No students were on the bus at the time of the crash.
Local law enforcement officials are currently investigating the accident.
