Statistics show that hit-and-runs are up in Chicago. From 2005 to 2014, 2 out of 5 pedestrian fatalities involved hit-and-run accidents in the city. Less than half of these cases are ever solved by authorities.

When victims suffer injuries following a hit-and-run, they may wonder who’s going to cover their resulting damages. Sadly, victims and their families often feel they lack legal options after a hit-and-run because the at-fault driver may be unknown. However, there are possible options for compensation.

The team of Illinois wrongful death lawyers at Kent M. Lucaccioni, Ltd. can help you recover compensation under the full extent of the law. We understand losing a loved one is never easy, and we’re here to help. Give us a call at 877-930-2551 to discuss your case today.
