Illinois Deadly Rollover Crashes

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, rollover crashes only accounted for one percent of collisions reported in 2017. However, they accounted for nearly one-third of all reported fatal accidents that year. These accidents are extremely dangerous and often leave victims with long-term or fatal injuries.

The design of SUVs makes them much more likely to turn over in the event of a crash. Passengers risk being flung around the inside of the vehicle or ejected entirely. Injured parties should consult with a qualified Illinois car crash attorney to discuss options to pursue compensation.
