Illinois Intersection Collisions

Drivers don’t always exercise caution when traveling through intersections. When motorists fail to make sure their path is clear, they risk causing serious crashes. For that reason, intersections pose a threat to everyone on the road.

Each year, there are nearly 2.5 million intersection crashes reported in the United States. These collisions are responsible for 20 percent of all fatal roadway accidents annually. Injured parties should consult with a qualified Illinois crash injury lawyer immediately after an accident.
