Speeding is a leading cause of serious crashes throughout Illinois. Many drivers will exceed the posted speed limit at least once during their lives. However, many drivers make it a habit.

Sadly, thousands are killed each year in high-speed collisions. More than a quarter of fatal accidents involve speeding drivers. Injured parties should consult with a qualified Illinois car crash attorney to discuss possible compensation.
