The injuries resulting from a head-on collision are often life-threatening. These crashes are often caused by drivers who veer into oncoming traffic. When two vehicles collide at high-speeds, the resulting damages can be fatal.

Each year, head-on crashes are responsible for 10 percent of all fatal crashes. When victims are killed in a head-on collision, surviving family members often have to handle the damages associated with the accident. In some cases, a qualified Illinois wrongful death lawyer can help family members pursue deserved compensation.
