Palatine, IL – Multi-Vehicle Crash Injures 3 At IL-53 & Lake Cook Rd

Palatine, IL (January 6, 2020) – On Thursday afternoon, January 2nd, three cars were involved in a crash in the area of Palatine, Illinois. The site of the crash was located near the intersection of IL-53 and Lake Cook Road. Three people were injured at around 5 p.m. when the accident took place.

Officials from the Illinois State Police arrived at the scene to provide medical aid to those injured in the collision. The three injured victims were taken to a nearby medical facility following the crash. The roadway was closed for roughly 40 minutes as emergency responders cleared the site of the accident.

The crash is currently under investigation by ISP. More details will be released as the inquiry continues.
