Illinois High-Speed Collisions

Thumbnail image for pfmstock7-167.jpgSpeeding is a dangerous habit practiced by too many drivers in Illinois. People behave as if they have a right to speed on our state's roads, putting everyone at risk. Speeding drivers are less able to avoid roadway hazards and prevent serious collisions.

In many deadly crashes, speeding is often cited as a primary factor. 9,378 people lose their lives in 2018 in high-speed collisions across the country. In some cases, surviving family members may be eligible to seek a wrongful death claim with the help of an Illinois personal injury lawyer.

Losing a loved one can be hard enough. Kent M. Lucaccioni, Ltd. wants to make sure that you and your family don't suffer financially after a tragic loss. Call us today at (312) 425-0401 to see what we can do for you.
