Even if you take all the necessary precautions to avoid a crash, you are still at risk of being injured by a reckless driver. Some motorists have a blatant disregard for the safety of others on the road. Dangerous activities such as texting and drinking behind the wheel can put everyone in danger.

Reckless drivers take countless lives each year. Nearly one-third of all reported roadway fatalities each year involve reckless driving crashes. Injured parties should consult with a qualified Illinois car crash attorney to see if they’re eligible for compensation.
