Libertyville, IL – 3 Injured In Pileup Accident On US-45

Libertyville, IL (January 10, 2020) – A six-car crash left three people injured early Thursday morning, January 9th. The crash took place at around 7:43 a.m. on US-45, just south of IL-137. Reports from the scene indicated that one injured victim had to be extricated from their vehicle. 

Three injured parties were transported to Advocate Condell Medical Center following the crash. They are believed to be in stable condition at this time. The roadway was closed between Peterson and Casey Roads due to police activity at the scene.

The accident is currently being investigated by the Lake County Major Crash Team. No further details are known at this time.
