Illinois High-Speed Collisions

Speeding is dangerous on the streets of Illinois for a number of reasons. When you speed, you increase your chances of being involved in a serious accident. Speeding drivers are less able to control their vehicles, causing them to veer off-road.

Speeding is involved in an overwhelming number of deadly crashes each year. In 2017, nearly 26 percent of all fatal collisions involve high-speed impacts. In some cases, injured parties can recover lost compensation with the help of an Illinois car crash attorney.
