Red Light Collisions in Chicago

When drivers run a red light, barreling through the intersection at a high-speed, they run the risk of colliding with another vehicle. Rules of the road concerning right-of-way are meant to keep traffic flowing and prevent serious collisions.

Tens of thousands are seriously injured by red-light runners annually. In some cases, surviving family members may be able to recover lost compensation with the help of a Chicago wrongful death lawyer.
