Intersection Crashes in Illinois

Intersections are a magnet for serious car crashes across the state of Illinois. This is because intersections are a point where the paths of many drivers converge. When drivers fail to yield right of way, they are liable to cause an accident.

The right of way is crucial to maintaining order on the road. Nearly 40 percent of all major crashes each year take place within intersections. Injured parties or their families should consult with an experienced Illinois auto accident lawyer to discuss their case.

Being injured in a crash is traumatic enough without dealing with the financial consequences. At Kent M. Lucaccioni, Ltd., we believe in helping those unfairly injured by a reckless driver. Give us a call at 877-930-2551 to discuss your case today.
