ATV accidents can be a serious matter. An estimated 135,000 people are injured in similar collisions each year, with nearly 700 people sustaining fatal injuries. A majority of victims are under the age of 16.

These crashes are often caused by roadway conditions. ATVs aren’t meant to travel on paved roadways, creating cause for concern for riders. Injured parties can potentially recover deserved compensation by calling an Illinois car accident attorney.
