Each year, there are more than 6 million reported car crashes in the United States. In most car accidents, it is relatively easy to determine who is liable for the crash. However, when accidents involve more than one vehicle, it can be a bit more complicated.

Many injured victims experience difficulty pursuing personal injury claims following a pileup crash. Insurance companies will do whatever they can to avoid paying the full value of a claim, including contesting fault for the crash. That’s why injured parties need to consult with an Illinois car crash attorney.

An experienced law firm can increase your chances of a successful claim. The legal team at Kent M. Lucaccioni, Ltd. is here to help. Contact our law offices at 877-930-2551 to discuss your case today.
