Palos Park, IL (November 18, 2019) – An officer was reportedly injured after responding to another accident in the area of Palos Park, Illinois. The accident involving the officer happened near Wolf Rd. on Monday, November 18th. Initial reports revealed the collision took place in the early morning at around 9:10 a.m. 

Local news sources revealed that a car lost control and rear-end the officer’s patrol vehicle. The officer was hospitalized following the incident for sustained injuries. They were transported to Palos Health and later released.

No other information on the incident is currently available. Local authorities are conducting an investigation into the cause of the crash.
