Massac County, IL (November 28, 2019) – A multi-vehicle accident on I-24 left two people injured. The crash took place on Wednesday, November 27th, near mile marker 33 in Massac County, Illinois. Three vehicles were reportedly involved in the accident. 

According to initial reports, Steven Seufert, 55, was traveling on I-24 WB when he stopped his vehicle after hitting a deer. Another driver, Nicole Stegman, 63, then hit Seufert’s vehicle, before coming to a stop. Finally, Stegman’s vehicle was hit by Jessica Craig, 39.

Two of the drivers involved sustained injuries in the crash. An ongoing investigation into the accident is being handled by local law enforcement.
