Vince Browne is a trial lawyer. His practice is focused on the representation of Plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has successfully tried a wide variety of cases to verdict, with an emphasis on medical negligence, dental negligence, nursing home abuse and neglect, construction negligence, premises liability, motor vehicle liability and the Federal Employers Liability Act. He has also devoted significant time to civil justice organizations, including the American Association for Justice, where he has served as the Chair of the New Lawyers' Division, Vice-Chair of AAJ PAC, and on the Board of Governors and Executive Committee. He was a grateful recipient of AAJ's Wiedemann Wysocki Citation of Excellence in 2003, 2004 and 2005. Vince has also been recognized as one of the top 100 lawyers in Illinois by the American Trial Lawyers Association and named an Illinois Super lawyer multiple times. A graduate of DePaul University College of Law and recipient of the Sweig Award for Excellence in Legal Writing, he has also served as a member of DePaul's adjunct faculty since 2006, teaching upper-level legal writing and research.
